Billing policy
How am I billed?
New members get a 7-day free trial. After the trial you are charged automatically — monthly on the same day each month, or once a year if you chose the yearly plan.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically each billing period until you turn auto-renew off.
Can I cancel auto-renew?
Anytime. Open “Manage billing”, cancel the subscription, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
Can I switch exam plans?
Yes. Pick another plan here — we replace your current subscription and Stripe prorates the difference, so you never pay for two plans at once.
